Supported Housing
MTI provides supportive permanent
housing to individuals and families
who have histories of homelessness,
mental illness, and other
disabilities. Support services
include 24-hour on-call supervision,
medication monitoring, cooking and
meal planning, comprehensive case
management, individual and group
substance abuse counseling,
community life skills, vocational
rehabilitation, paid work training
and leadership development, and
self-advocacy. Offices are located
in both Long Island and New York
