MTI is committed to providing supported housing to people with disabilities who have experienced homelessness.

The mission is being accomplished by:

1. Providing the highest quality of services to meet tenant members’ unique needs and assist them in maintaining their housing and employment.
2. Collecting information, knowledge, and experiences from and about our tenant members and transforming this collection of data into unique and specialized services that matches the individual's culture.
3. Collaborating with family members, friends, religious centers, community centers, and service providers to ensure that our tenant members receive the services needed for their complete well being

MTI places the tenant member at the centre of everything we do.

Supported Housing
MTI is committed to providing safe, clean, affordable housing to individuals who experience disabilities and have experienced homelessness. In addition, we ensure to facilitate access to appropriate community resources.

Cultural Competence
MTI’s committed to integrating cultural competence in all of our policies, procedures, and practices. We understand and respect each person as unique -- we show this respect through understanding, integrity, inclusive practices, and maintaining an asking stance throughout everything we do. At the core of our practices, we strive to include people from diverse groups in our decision-making, information-sharing and access to services.

Holistic View of Recovery
MTI believes in understanding and assisting the whole person, and this includes mental, physical, spiritual, emotional well being of an individual. In addition, we encourage individuals to seek employment, complete or begin an educational journey; we believe MTI helps individuals from a perspective holistic perspective focused on recovery.

MTI is committed to building respectful, collaborative and effective partnerships with tenant members, vendors, communities, funders and other human-service oriented agencies.
