Come visit us at the Little Things Store, an innovative workforce development “arm” of our agency that addresses unemployment of individuals with disabilities. Integrated Business Development (IBD) is a business and a training program that fosters positive and proven results. We are building social purpose businesses that assess, train and employ individual members of our community. To date, we employ 40 individuals in several businesses including a gourmet convenience store, gift shop and landscaping crew. Five additional gourmet convenience stores are planned through 2012!
